- Dealer Fees: In compliance with the State of New Jersey regulations a dealer documentary/service fee of $499 is included in the final sale price. This fee represents costs incurred by the dealer for the preparation of sales and titling documents.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Joshua Motor Car Company shall not be liable for any costs incurred, including travel expenses or lost time, resulting from the unavailability of any vehicle listed online.
4. VEHICLE CONDITION & DISCLOSURES
Joshua Motor Car Company strives to provide accurate disclosures regarding vehicle condition and history. Used vehicles may show signs of normal wear and may have cosmetic or mechanical imperfections consistent with age and mileage.
Where required by law, material known defects or branded title conditions will be disclosed prior to sale. Customers are encouraged to obtain an independent pre-purchase inspection before completing any transaction.
5. THIRD-PARTY DATA & VEHICLE HISTORY REPORTS
Any vehicle history reports (including but not limited to CARFAX or AutoCheck) are provided by independent third-party vendors. Joshua Motor Car Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information contained in such reports.
Customers are encouraged to independently verify vehicle history and condition prior to purchase.

The "Payment Calculator" and "Credit Application" tools provided on this website are estimates and conveniences only.
